TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Luka J Audio (http://lukajaudio.com) website and audio engineering services (the "Service") operated by Luka J Audio ("us", "we", or "our").

 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

These Terms do not negate or replace any of your Consumer Rights.

If you have any questions about these Terms, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Sessions

​

  • Session bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the beginning of the session.

  • Bookings that are rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of the session may be liable for a Cancellation Fee of $99.

  • Bookings cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the session and Luka J Audio reserves the right to keep in whole, or in part, any deposit or session payment taken for that session.

  • We aim to keep our studio sessions a safe space for everyone, and will not tolerate any behaviour that makes staff, clients, or guests feel unsafe or unwelcome. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any point due to the behaviour of clients or guests.

  • Unless otherwise specified, sessions are to begin and end at their stated times. Sessions that run past their stated end times may be subject to an Overtime Fee of $5 per minute.

 

Purchases

  • All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.

  • Luka J Audio accepts payments via cash, card, bank deposit, and BTC.

  • All recordings, mixes, and masters remain property of Luka J Audio until the project balance is paid in full.

  • If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, your personal information. This information is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared or sold to third parties without your consent.

 

Refunds

  • Once work has begun on a Service, there are no refunds for change-of-minds.

  • If there is an issue with a Service, please contact us at info@lukajaudio.com to arrange for a solution within 30 days of the Service.

 

Mixes and Masters

​

  • All final Masters will be supplied as 44.1kHz/16bit WAV files, please let us know if you require a different format.

  • Revisions are available for all flat-rate, standalone Mixing and Mastering services. Revisions are not available for Mixing and Mastering that was performed at an hourly rate unless otherwise specified.

  • Mixes and Masters are subject to 3 major revisions, additional rounds of revisions may incur Additional Revision charges of $90 per round.

  • Submitting new recordings, tracks, or elements after a Mix or Master is completed may not constitute a revision, and at our discretion, may be grounds for a new Mix or Master to be performed and paid for.

  • Prior to beginning Mastering, Mixes must be given final approval by you. Once a Mix is approved, Mastering will begin, and the Mix will be considered delivered. Changes to the Mix after this point may be grounds for a new Mix and Master to be performed and paid for.

  • Please us if you require Stems or alternative Mixes, such as Radio Edits or TV Mixes, within 7 days of the delivery of your Mix. Additional Revision charges of $90 may apply beyond this time.

  • Luka J Audio does not provide Pro Tools sessions of Mixes or Masters and reserves the right to protect its intellectual property.

 

 

Changes


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
